The Suburban Tool MSPC-812-FP-S2 is an 8" x 12" permanent magnetic compound sine plate from the SineSet S2 series, combining a precision compound sine base with a quick-change magnetic chuck for angle grinding and inspection.
Marked -FP, its fine-pole chuck with 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators produces shallow flux lines ideal for holding small and thin parts securely.
- Magnetic chuck removes or replaces with only four bolts, so the sine plate and chuck can each be used on their own.
- Chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids for long service life.
- Gage block roll has two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage block sets.
- Compound sine plate portion is steel, hardened to Rc 58-60 for lasting accuracy.
- Two locking straps and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails are included.
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- A removable handle and two rails are included with each chuck.
