Our Guarantee

All products manufactured by Suburban Tool, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proudly made in our facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, U.S.A.

Warranty Repairs

If your Suburban Tool product has a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period:

1. Call (888) 647-8665 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
2. Have ready: the model number, a description of the defect, and proof of purchase.
3. Ship the item with prepaid freight, with the RGA number clearly marked on the package.
4. We will repair or replace the item and return it to you.

Out-of-Warranty Rebuilding — 50% of the Cost of New

Precision tools are an investment. We offer complete factory rebuilding of Suburban Tool products for half the cost of a new one, including:

• Replacement of wear parts
• Surface regrinding to original tolerances
• Repainting and refinishing

Customers cover freight costs both ways; payment is required before reshipment. Call (248) 391-7800 for a rebuild quote.
