Ordering & Payment

By placing an order you authorize us to collect payment through our payment processors. We accept major credit cards (processed via Authorize.Net) and PayPal.

Pricing & Content Accuracy

We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that website content — including pricing, specifications, and availability — is accurate, complete, or current at all times. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order placed at an incorrect price, and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Shipping

In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day. See our Shipping Policy for complete terms, including free-shipping eligibility (code FREEUPS) and freight/LTL items.

Returns

Returns are accepted at our discretion within 30 days with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), and are subject to a 20% restocking fee with credit issued as a credit memo for use on future purchases. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.

Warranty

All products manufactured by Suburban Tool, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or normal wear. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. See our Warranty page.
