The MSPC-1212-FP-S2 Compound Sine Plate, 12" x 12", from Suburban Tool is a SineSet permanent magnetic compound sine plate built for precise compound-angle grinding and inspection. Its permanent magnetic chuck can be quickly removed or replaced using only four bolts, letting you use the compound sine plate and the chuck independently or together.
The fine-pole (-FP) chuck uses 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators to produce shallow flux lines ideal for holding small and thin parts.
- Fine-pole chuck secures small, thin workpieces on the ground surface
- Chuck lifts off with four bolts for independent chuck or sine-plate use
- Lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids for a long service life
- Includes removable handle, chuck rails, two locking straps, and self-storing hardened, ground rails
- Gage block roll has two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage block sets
- Compound sine plate portion is made of steel hardened to Rc 58-60
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
