The Suburban Tool MSP-186-FP-S2 is a 6" x 18" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic line, with a long table that suits extended parts and multi-part angle setups. Marked FP for fine pole, its 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators produce shallow flux lines that grip small and thin work without lifting.
The magnetic chuck removes with just four bolts, letting you run the sine plate and chuck separately. The chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and coolant, and the sine plate portion is hardened steel at Rc 58-60 for dependable accuracy in surface grinding, layout, and inspection.
- Fine pole spacing for secure holding of small and thin parts
- Long 18" table for extended and multi-part setups
- Gage block roll with two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles
- Includes a locking strap and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails
