The Suburban Tool MSP-126-FP-S2 is a 6" x 12" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic line, giving you generous table area for precise angle setups. Marked FP for fine pole, its 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators create shallow flux lines that hold small and thin parts flat during surface grinding.
On this SineSet model the magnetic chuck removes with just four bolts, letting the sine plate and chuck be used on their own. The chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and coolant, and the sine plate portion is hardened steel at Rc 58-60 for lasting toolroom and inspection accuracy.
- Fine pole spacing tuned for small and thin workpieces
- Quick-change chuck removes with four bolts for flexible use
- Gage block roll with two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles
- Includes a locking strap and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- A removable handle, a locking strap, and two rails are included with each chuck.
