The Suburban Tool MG-5CV-S1-WBTS Master-Grind Index Fixture ships as a factory pre-fitted package—the MG5-5CV-S1 index fixture matched to the MG5-BTS baseplate and tailstock—so a complete 5C collet and v-block grinding setup arrives ready to run.
A 72-position index plate provides a hard stop every 5° ±15 arc seconds, and a built-in 2-1/2" sine bar sets angles in between. The spindle runs in two heavy-duty 4" diameter tapered roller bearings for a maximum spindle runout of 0.00005". Pre-fitting at the factory saves you from sending the fixture back later for baseplate and tailstock fitting.
