The ESPC-612-L-S2 is a 6" × 12" electromagnetic compound sine plate from Suburban Tool with longitudinal (lengthwise) poles, matched to the size and shape of the part being held. The compound sine plate and electromagnetic chuck can be used together or independently, giving the toolroom flexibility for compound-angle grinding and inspection.
- Longitudinal poles suit long or lengthwise parts on the 6" × 12" surface
- Sealed against dirt and liquids, and submersible for wet grinding
- Electromagnetic chuck removes or replaces with only four bolts
- Two self-storing, hardened & ground rails for the sine plate plus two side rails for the chuck
- Gage block rolls provide dual 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles
- Angular accuracy guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15°, within 10 seconds up to 30°, and within 15 seconds up to 45°
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- Longitudinal (lengthwise) or transverse (crosswise) poles are available, based on the size & shape of the part to be held.
