The ESPC-1218-T-S2 Compound Sine Plate, 12" x 18", from Suburban Tool is a SineSet electromagnetic compound sine plate for precise compound-angle surface grinding and inspection. Its transverse (crosswise) pole layout suits parts oriented across the chuck, and the compound sine plate and electromagnetic chuck can be used together or independently.

The electromagnetic chuck is sealed against dirt and liquids, is submersible, and removes or replaces with only four bolts. A chuck control must be used with all electromagnetic chucks.

  • Transverse poles hold parts oriented crosswise on the chuck
  • Sealed, submersible chuck withstands coolant and grinding debris
  • Angular accuracy guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15 degrees, 10 seconds up to 30 degrees, and 15 seconds up to 45 degrees
  • Includes two self-storing hardened, ground sine-plate rails and two chuck side rails
  • Gage block rolls provide dual 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage blocks
  • Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
  • Longitudinal (lengthwise) or transverse (crosswise) poles are available, based on the size & shape of the part to be held.
  • Two self-storing, hardened & ground rails included for the sine plate.
  • Two side rails included for the electromagnetic chuck.

Available with No Certification, Short Form, or Long Form Certification.
