The ESP-1812-L-S2 SineSet Electromagnetic Sine Plate from Suburban Tool combines a 12" × 18" sealed electromagnetic chuck with a precision sine plate in one compact toolroom fixture, configured with a longitudinal (lengthwise) pole pattern.
The sine plate and electromagnetic chuck can be used together or independently, so you can grind compound angles or work flat without swapping fixtures. The chuck removes or replaces with only four bolts, and gage block rolls provide dual 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage blocks.
- 12" × 18" electromagnetic sine plate for angular grinding, layout, and inspection
- Angular accuracy guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15°, within 10 seconds up to 30°, and within 15 seconds up to 45°
- Sealed against dirt and liquids for long life in wet grinding
- Two self-storing, hardened and ground rails plus two chuck side rails included
- Requires a Suburban Tool chuck control for safe operation
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- Longitudinal (lengthwise) or transverse (crosswise) poles are available, based on the size & shape of the part to be held.
