The DMB-612 6" × 12" permanent magnetic chuck from Suburban Tool combines a generous work surface with Magnum-Force dual-magnet holding power for heavy-duty surface grinding.
A movable magnet core and stationary top-plate magnets produce an average 90-100 pounds per square inch—twice the power of a standard chuck—plus positive shut-off for fast, safe workpiece removal.
- Combination fine / standard pole spacing holds both small and large parts firmly
- Rigid laminated and brazed top plate supports precise, repeatable grinding
- Lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids to keep contaminants out
- Low profile frees up clearance between the grinding wheel and table
- Supplied with two hold-down clamps, one side rail and one end rail from Suburban Tool
