The DMB-510 5" × 10" permanent magnetic chuck from Suburban Tool delivers Magnum-Force dual-magnet workholding for surface grinding of small and large parts alike.
A movable magnet core paired with stationary top-plate magnets averages 90-100 pounds per square inch—twice the grip of a standard chuck—and shuts off positively so finished parts lift away with ease.
- Combination fine / standard pole spacing holds a wide range of part sizes
- Laminated, brazed top plate provides a rigid, resurfaceable grinding surface
- Lubricated and fully sealed against dirt and liquids
- Low height adds valuable work clearance under the grinding wheel
- Includes two hold-down clamps, one side rail and one end rail from Suburban Tool
