The DMB-48 4" × 8" permanent magnetic chuck from Suburban Tool brings Magnum-Force dual-magnet holding to mid-size surface grinding and toolroom workholding.
Stationary top-plate magnets work with a movable magnet core to average 90-100 pounds per square inch of holding power—twice that of a standard chuck—with positive shut-off for effortless part removal.
- Combination fine / standard pole spacing secures both small and large workpieces
- Rigid laminated and brazed top plate stands up to repeated grinding and dressing
- Lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids for a long service life
- Low profile maximizes clearance between the wheel and worktable
- Supplied with two hold-down clamps, one side rail and one end rail from Suburban Tool
