The DMB-44 4" × 4" permanent magnetic chuck from Suburban Tool packs Magnum-Force dual-magnet holding power into a compact footprint ideal for small-part surface grinding and toolroom workholding.
Stationary magnets in the top plate combine with a movable magnet core for an average holding power of 90-100 pounds per square inch—twice the power of a standard chuck—plus positive shut-off for easy workpiece removal.
- Combination fine / standard pole spacing grips both small and large parts securely
- Laminated and brazed top plate provides a rigid, grindable work surface
- Lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids for long service life
- Low height delivers extra clearance for the grinding wheel and workpiece
- Includes two hold-down clamps, one side rail and one end rail from Suburban Tool
