The Suburban Tool B-3-SP is a compact 4" x 4" Master-Sine sine plate built for precise angular setups on small, high-accuracy parts in the toolroom and inspection area.
Made of steel and hardened to Rc 58-60, the B-3-SP stands up to repeated toolroom use. Its roll bar and hinge are hardened steel, ground and lapped for straightness and roundness, while the swivel block delivers full face contact with your gage blocks to hold the stack securely. An exclusive locking device inside the hinge roll provides a positive, expanding lock, pulling the top plate down onto the gage blocks without distortion.
