The B-15-SP 6-3/4" × 18-1/4" Sine Plate is a large-capacity Master-Sine tool from Suburban Tool, built for accurate gage-block angle setups on longer workpieces in grinding, layout, and inspection. Its steel body is hardened to Rc 58-60 to endure heavy toolroom duty.
The 5/16-18 tapped holes simplify clamping and fixturing, while the hardened, ground-and-lapped roll bar keeps positioning precise and repeatable.
- Extended 6-3/4" × 18-1/4" surface handles long parts and layouts
- Steel hardened to Rc 58-60 for lasting accuracy and wear resistance
- 5/16-18 tapped holes for secure workholding and fixturing
- Roll bar ground and lapped for straightness and roundness
- Exclusive internal locking device pulls the top plate down without distortion
