The Suburban Tool B-15-MS is an 18-1/4" x 6-3/4" Magna-Sine magnetic sine plate equipped with an extremely powerful ceramic magnet chuck, giving toolmakers a long deck for angle grinding, layout, and inspection. Its combination fine/standard pole spacing provides maximum holding on both small and large parts.
All but the chuck is made of steel, hardened to Rc 58-60. The swivel block provides full-face contact with gage blocks to keep them securely in place, and the ground and lapped gage block and hinge rolls ensure straightness and roundness for repeatable setups.
- Angular accuracy guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15 degrees, 10 seconds up to 30 degrees, and 15 seconds up to 45 degrees
- Combination fine/standard poles hold small and large parts with equal authority
- Exclusive hinge-roll locking device pulls the top plate down on the gage blocks without distortion
- Side and back rails included for secure workholding
