The Suburban Tool MSP-2412-FP-S2 is a 12" x 24" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic series, giving toolmakers a generous 24-inch deck for angle grinding, layout, and inspection of longer workpieces. As a fine-pole model, its 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators produce shallow flux lines for holding small and thin parts securely.
The sine plate portion is made of steel, hardened to Rc 58-60, and the magnetic chuck removes or replaces with only four bolts, so the sine plate and chuck can be used independently.
- Fine-pole chuck grips small, thin parts across the full 24" length without slippage
- Gage block roll with two 0.200" minute steps sets small angles using standard gage block sets
- Chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and coolant for long service life
- Ships with a locking strap and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails
- Quick-release four-bolt chuck doubles as a stand-alone magnetic chuck
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- A removable handle, a locking strap, and two rails are included with each chuck.
