The Suburban Tool MSP-128-FP-S2 is an 8" x 12" magnetic sine plate from the SineSet permanent magnetic line, with a wide table that suits larger layouts and multi-part angle setups. Marked FP for fine pole, its 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators produce shallow flux lines that hold small and thin parts securely during surface grinding.
On this SineSet model the magnetic chuck removes with just four bolts, so the sine plate and chuck can each be used on their own. The chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and coolant, and the sine plate portion is hardened steel at Rc 58-60 for lasting toolroom and inspection accuracy.
- Fine pole spacing tuned for small and thin workpieces
- Wide 8" x 12" table for larger and multi-part setups
- Gage block roll with two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles
- Includes a locking strap and two self-storing, hardened and ground rails
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
