The MSP-1212-S2 is a 12" x 12" standard-pole magnetic sine plate from Suburban Tool, pairing an S2-series SineSet sine plate with a standard-pole permanent magnetic chuck for precise compound-angle grinding and inspection. The magnetic chuck removes or replaces with only four bolts, so the sine plate and chuck can be used individually. Its 1/4" poles and 1/8" separators produce deep flux lines that lock down large and thick parts.
The sine plate portion is made of steel hardened to Rc 58-60, and the gage block roll has two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage block sets.
- Chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids.
- Includes a removable handle, a locking strap, and two rails.
- Two self-storing, hardened and ground rails are included with the sine plate.
