The MSP-1212-FP-S2 is a 12" x 12" fine-pole magnetic sine plate from Suburban Tool, combining an S2-series SineSet sine plate with a fine-pole permanent magnetic chuck for accurate angle grinding and inspection. The magnetic chuck removes or replaces using only four bolts, letting you use the sine plate and chuck individually. Its 1/8" poles and 1/8" separators produce shallow flux lines that hold small and thin parts securely.
The sine plate portion is made of steel hardened to Rc 58-60, and the gage block roll has two 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage block sets.
- Chuck is lubricated and sealed against dirt and liquids.
- Includes a removable handle, a locking strap, and two rails.
- Two self-storing, hardened and ground rails are included with the sine plate.
