The ESP-126-T-S2 Electromagnetic Sine Plate, 6" x 12", combines a transverse (crosswise) pole electromagnetic chuck with a precision sine plate in a single toolroom fixture from Suburban Tool's SineSet series. The crosswise pole layout holds parts oriented across the 6" width securely for angle grinding and inspection.
Every unit is sealed against dirt and liquids, keeping the magnet clean through wet grinding cycles.
- Sine plate and electromagnetic chuck can be used together or independently for flexible workholding
- Electromagnetic chuck removes or replaces quickly using only four bolts
- Two self-storing, hardened and ground rails for the sine plate, plus two side rails for the chuck
- Gage block rolls provide dual 0.200" minute steps for setting small angles with standard gage blocks
- Angular accuracy guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15 degrees, 10 seconds up to 30 degrees, and 15 seconds up to 45 degrees
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- Longitudinal (lengthwise) or transverse (crosswise) poles are available, based on the size & shape of the part to be held.
- Chuck controls must be used with all electromagnetic chucks!.
