The Suburban Tool A-15-MS is a 6-3/4" x 18-1/4" magnetic compound sine plate from the Magna-Sine series, equipped with an extremely powerful ceramic magnet chuck for grinding and inspecting compound angles on larger parts.
Its combination fine/standard pole spacing maximizes holding on both small and large workpieces.
- Angular accuracy of set-ups is guaranteed within 5 seconds of arc up to 15 degrees, 10 seconds up to 30 degrees and 15 seconds up to 45 degrees.
- All but the chuck is steel, hardened to Rc 58-60.
- Swivel block provides full face contact with gage blocks, keeping them securely in place.
- Exclusive locking device inside the hinge roll gives a positive lock, pulling the top plate down without distortion.
- Side and back rails included; available hinged standard or opposite-hand.
- Made in the USA by Suburban Tool
- The gage block & hinge rolls are ground and lapped for straightness and roundness.
